Phos Plus is a balanced and concentrated combination of electrolytes and trace elements which is applied in particular in the event of disorders of bone formation in broilers induced by a lack of minerals. On addition to the drinking water the pH value will be lowered. The resulting pH value cannot be precisely predicted since it depends not only on the amount added abut also on the locally varying water hardness for the associated buffering properties of residual minerals and dissolved CO2. We herewith present some generic data, we nevertheless recommend to actually measure the pH value.
